About the Author:

Steven Bernstein is a well-known American director, writer and cinematographer who has been working successfully in film for 30 years. He is also a highly regarded international lecturer who designed and ran a successful film school in London, England for 8 years. His course trained hundreds for careers in the film industry, among them two Oscar Nominees. He has written extensively about film. His book, Film Production, has been one of the best selling textbooks about film. Steven has a BA, MA and PHD, and is a member of the esteemed American Society Of Cinematographers (ASC), and the British Association Of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA).
