About the Author:
Nic Harcourt is an
English-born American radio and television presenter, producer, and
journalist best known as the host of Morning Becomes Eclectic
on legendary radio station KCRW in Los Angeles. Still a DJ at KCRW,
he currently serves as an Editor-at-Large for Music and Culture at
the Los Angeles Times Magazine. Regarded as being the ultimate
"tastemaker" in music and named the "most influential
DJ in America", he has worked as a music consultant for numerous
TV and film projects.
