Last Respects: Norman flees from the hospital where he is dying of cancer to smoke one last cigarette in the park where he has been grounds keeper his entire adult life. (Cast: 4 female, 5 male)
Last Requests: Casey arranges a meeting with her lifelong love from whom she has been estranged. In their favourite cafe, she tells an unsuspecting Brian she has cancer. Abetted by a gay waiter, a wine loving fortune teller and some cafe regulars, the star crossed lovers are reunited and Casey's request to be buried next to Brian is lovingly granted. About the Playwright:
Diane Shaffer graduated with a BFA in Theatre from the NYU School of the Arts. She studied acting with Lee, Anna and John Strasberg and was a member of The Actors Studio Playwrights/Directors Unit.
