About
the Book:
Sixty Original Character Monologues for Girls Ages 13 To 15
Here is the perfect way to buy just the monologues you need and
nothing more! Each of the well-written books in the Teens Speak series has 60 character
monologues, specifically for a male or female teen of a fairly narrow
age range.
Within each book in the Teens Speak series, you'll love
another unique twist of this collection. Each book by Kristen
Dabrowski is divided into six sections. Each section includes ten
monologues from the point of view of one character, briefly described
on his or her own introduction page. Are you a jock? A geek? A slob?
An over-achiever? Doesn't matter – Teens Speak: Girls
Ages 13 to 15 covers everything! Follow six very different
characters through various scenarios of friends, family, school,
strangers, siblings and more with both dramatic and hilarious
results. This is a surefire way to find perfect one to two minute
monologues, each helpfully labelled as comic, dramatic or semi-comic.
What people say:

a thin plotline, allowing actors to get a better feel for the teens."

"The latest in a series that
deals with situations, emotions and characters representative of
modern adolescence." — Stage Directions Magazine
