About the Author:
Tom Schroeppel worked in film and video for than thirty
years as a writer, director, cameraman and editor. He also trained
news crews at television stations in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Chuck DeLaney is a New York-based professional photographer
and writer. He is the for director of the New York Institute of
