About the Book:

Dying is easy, comedy is hard! So keep your comedy blockbuster alive and well and buy this book. Comedy has always been the backbone of the film business. In an age of sequels and brand-name movies based on established properties, the original comedy screenplay still delivers high profits. Writing the Comedy Blockbuster is a must-have for both aspiring screenwriters and filmmakers. It turns the serious business of comedy writing on its head, helping the writer confidently create tomorrow's classic.

What people say:

"A must-read for all comedy writers. It's entertaining, inspirational, and packed full of valuable information." - Tom Martin, two-time Emmy Award winner for Fox TV's The Simpsons

"Making people cry is easy. Making people laugh is hard. Teaching people how to make other people laugh is even harder. Keith Giglio does is in a straightforward and humorous way!" - Alan R. Cohen & Alan Freedland, writers/producers of Due Date, American Dad

"Breezy, accessible, and - above all - useful. Giglio's book won't turn you into a better lover (sorry, Mom), but it WILL help you become a better screenwriter." - David Breckman, writer/producer, Monk, Saturday Night Live
