About the Author:

Carole Schweid is the co-founder and Artistic Director of the lunchtime play-reading series Play With Your Food in Westport Connecticut. She studied Theatre at Boston University and has a BFA from Julliard in Dance. Starting out as a dancer and Broadway performer her on stage highlights include the role of Fastrada in Pippin for Bob Fosse and the original Broadway Cast of the Pulitzer Prize winning A Chorus Line. She has directed over 100 Staged Readings of short plays, and is the author of Staged Reading Magic.
